Which sealer is right for your surface?

The following table will help you choose the perfect sealer.

Choosing the correct product to seal a particular type of stone, tile, paving or cladding can be daunting. Unique molecular technology makes Dry-Treat sealers extremely versatile - so they can be used to seal a very wide variety of porous surfaces. There are some exceptions though, depending on the environment - for eg sandstone paving around a salt water pool requires different protection to sandstone paving on a patio, due to the structural damage which salt can cause to softer, more porous surfaces.

Also, the sealer needs to fullfill your needs - you probably want something invisible which will keep the look of your stone or tile or paving, but perhaps you would like to enhance the colour as well as seal it.

Clay and Concrete Paving

For wet look:

Engineering Concrete
(slabs, pillars, large structures like bridges)

2 coats DRY-TREAT 100N™ for water and salt protection and alkali silica reaction; or,

2 coats DRY-TREAT100N™ci for water and salt protection and alkali silica reaction;

PLUS corrosion inhibitor protects steel reinforcement.

Granite
