If an area of porous building materials is properly prepared and sealed by a STAIN-PROOF^® Accredited Applicator who holds a current license you will qualify for a written performance warranty. The warranty is between STAIN-PROOF and the property owner, and states that if the surface sealed is maintained according to our written guidelines but does not remain water or water /oil repellant then product replacement will be sent to property owner free of charge.
